Your formal proposal is a detailed written plan and contract, often more than a dozen pages. It includes:

Cost
Every proposal is built from real research on your business, your market and your competitors, so there is a research fee. The fee depends on the size of your project, and it is credited toward your website when you sign the contract within 30 days of receiving the proposal.
You get a clear, complete picture of your options and your costs before you commit to anything.
